What is “NEW MEDIA ARTS”?
New media arts are artworks which have been made by using new media technologies. New media technologies refer to digital device which have been made by humans for past years and also upcoming years. We don’t know what is going to come in the future, right?



When talk about new media technologies device, today there are already a lots of them. For examples computers, camera, video recorder and many more. I’m sure everyone knows all of this kind of things.
New media art is a genre of arts. Digital painting, digital animations, games, internet interactive, photo fusion and etc are type of artworks in this genre. Using software which installed in a computer, this digital artworks can be made. Times will always change and there will always going to be a new method to make new media arts.




If you are making digital arts, you do not need to buy all the painting tools which you need to draw using traditional method. With a lots of type of software, you can just draw from scratch to a high quality painting. GRAFFITI ART

Graffiti is a style of art. Nowadays we can see graffiti on walls which commonly at huge cities. Graffiti is in form of drawings, words and art. We can found it on surfaces like walls and other place outside, which means that it is a kind of outdoor art. The unique of graffiti art is it shows the creativity of decorations of the artist who usually using spray paint as media.

Graffiti was born at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the late 60s when a couple of young boys started tagging corn bread and cool earl all over the city. On 1971, TAKI 183, a boy who captures everyone attention with his name tagged all around the city of New York. His fame opened the doors to many other young artist that would start emerging from the streets of New York.

From that time, graffiti has become a way to express artist expression who commonly young citizens all around the world. It grows from Philadelphia and New York, to all around the world. Kids express themselves by drawing and tagging their names on walls using paint markers, spray paint and etc.



People always thought graffiti art are vandalism because not all people can accept drawings on walls, especially for those who didn’t have mind like artists. As we all know, art is subjective. So not everyone will think the same things on an art. Nowadays, most of people already can accept graffiti. Some countries also use graffiti as their strength to pull tourist all around the world.

Amazingly, graffiti today have improved far better than the early years. Even artist challenge each other to create a high quality of graffiti. There are also artist who can make graffiti on hard corner of walls, and if they can make it as a hit, they will become famous in no time.
My opinion on graffiti art is Graffiti Art is a style, which is very stylish and very hard to make. I do accept graffiti to be drawn on walls, if the walls are mine of course. I still can’t imagine how talented artist today who drawn graffiti on streets. After a little bit of research about this topic, I found out that graffiti art is very interesting.
